Having two young children pushes me to work at the night time, when the light is artificial and the photos of the process are a bit dull I would say. If I work more than one night I can take some more photographs on the next day, but not always I do. I finished my picture at night so in the morning I had only a little time left to do some more photos of the details and picture itself before I gave it away to its new home. This is how it turned out:

Little Angel for Hope - part I
I had a great pleasure to create a picture for the lovliest baby ever, Hope. She is nearly three months now and as adorable as you can possibly imagine.
So here it is, a frame to start with, some clay for my angel's dress and some other for the body parts...
After a bit of claying I manage to create sort of a flower cane for a frill....I am not good at canning yet but I hope to master those as soon as I have time to do so.
That evening I also I had a meeting with my new heart shape cutters...
I painted the frame and applied those hearts around, than I painted the frame two more times. The last one layer was with golden acrylic paint which I later distressed for a nice vintage finish.
After a few hours of gluing, painting, distressing and gluing the picture was ready.
